Chief Executive Officer Joseph Anthony is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential opportunities, securing equity and debt capital, and ultimately overseeing the operations of underlying investments.
Mr. Anthony served as the Global Head of Trust Real Estate for J.P. Morgan where he oversaw $3 billion of assets in a diverse 1,000 property portfolio and was responsible for approving acquisitions and sales, reviewing portfolio concentrations, and adherence to trust and estate Reg 9 compliance.

Over his career, Mr. Anthony has transacted and managed more than $7 billion in commercial real estate across geographically diverse portfolios which included multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hotel assets. Since 2007, Mr. Garret has been President of four hedge funds invested in the resource sector. He launched Casey Early Opportunity Resource Fund, LLC in 2007 and managed it until it was successfully wound down in 2014. The other three funds, KC50, KCR & KCO were launched in 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively. KC50 was successfully wound down in 2017. KCR and KCO funds are still in operation.

In 2012, Mr. Garret launched the Hard Assets Alliance, a revolutionary trading platform for precious metal investors which was sold in 2018.
Prior to 2007, Mr. Garret was a Principal in Kemp Management, a turnaround management firm focused on restructuring businesses for a variety of private equity firms and financial institutions. In this capacity, Mr. Garret has led dozens of M&A and restructuring deals in a variety of industries.
Prior to 2000, Mr. Garret was General Manager of a number of industrial businesses ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to divisions of a Fortune 500 company.

Since 2009 Mr Jasson has been the Managing Partner of CrossFields Capital LLC focusing on private equity investments and advisory. During this time he has participated in multiple investments, including many income producing real estate properties in the US.

In this capacity, he was responsible for all of the firm’s businesses and resources in Latin America including Investment Banking, Equities, Fixed Income, Asset Management, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Private Banking out of Sao Paulo, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, New York and Miami. He was Head of Latin America Investment Banking and M&A for the region and led numerous landmark transactions in excess of U$100 billion including privatizations, acquisitions, divestitures, tender offers, roll-ups, mergers, joint ventures, debt restructurings and debt and equity capital markets transactions, working with clients in Latin America, Europe, N. America and Asia across industries. Mr Jasson was a Member of the Global M&A Department participating in Morgan Stanley’s Fairness Opinion Committee and a member of the Firm’s Operating Risk Committee and established and led the Latin American Management, Latin America Operating and Latin America Operating Risk Committees.
Prior to that, Mr Jasson was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co in Europe from 1990 to 1997 where he worked across sectors (Telecommunications, Financial Services, Utilities, Infrastructure and Healthcare amongst others) based out of Madrid, Brussels’ EuroCenter and Lisbon and in multiple European countries including France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and England in addition to US, Asia and Latin America.
Mr Jasson earned a six year Industrial Engineering Degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and an MBA from Amos Tuck at Dartmouth College.
As Director of Asset Management, Eric Garret is responsible for financial and market analysis, coordinating acquisitions and due diligence, and asset management.
Eric received a Bachelor’s of Arts from Stanford University and Master’s degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Chicago.
